In 2022, despite the difficult times, we finished work on the new TM Reabilitimed collection and have the desire to offer you the new Comfort line.

The new Comfort collection that we offer you is made in two colors - graphite with turquoise and beige.

Elastic bandage fabric is made to our special order in the appropriate colors. The air - and moisture-permeable material of the modern bandage fabric AirPlus has hypoallergenic properties and provides comfort when wearing the product, thanks to its elasticity and high compression qualities. It has all relevant Oeko-Tex Standard 100 quality certificates, which indicates the quality and duration of use of such products.

The three-layer material with cotton, which we use for our products and manufacture ourselves, is one of the most comfortable, anti-allergenic and ecological orthopedic materials that we use during the production of our products. This material consists of a special brand of polyurethane foam, laminated on one side with a soft cotton terry fabric, which is dyed with the method of active dyeing in the appropriate colors specially for our production, does not shed and is used for the inner layer to the body and on the other side with a non-elastic polyamide velcro fabric, which is used for medical devices, and which also has the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 quality certificate, and it is also made especially for our production in the corresponding colors, or in the form of a 3D mesh cloth, which adds even more hygroscopicity to the material. The lamination process takes place without the use of any type of glue, but with the use of the fire duplicating method, which turns the surface of the polyurethane foam into a sticky surface to which the outer facings of the raw material adhere. Due to the use of this production technology, this material is actively used in Orthoses, Tutors, orthopedic corsets, and other devices in the most delicate places, so as not to cause skin irritation and so that the soft structure of the material tightly fills the free spaces between the product and the patient’s body.

The anatomical cut of the products is designed to have as much stabilization, lightness, functionality and comfort as possible. In our products, only high-quality orthopedic inserts are used, the stiffeners chosen by us are light in weight, but highly elastic, which allow us to achieve the necessary fixation, perfect fit of the product to the patient’s body and, accordingly, the best expected stabilization. The appearance of the products has become even more attractive, and the colors of the Comfort line will definitely appeal to our customers.
