Bandage for the shoulder joint and hand (removal splint) art. RP-6U-45 is intended for unloading the shoulder joint and fixing the arm in the position of abduction at an angle of 45 degrees with external rotation of the shoulder, which prevents the formation of adhesions.

The bandage consists of a pillow for abduction installation at an angle of 45 and 90 degrees , a fixing belt around the waist and the pillow, a fixing strap over the shoulder, two cuffs on the shoulder and the forearm and textile fastening fasteners to the pillow. Fixing belts and cuffs are made of multi-layer material with a cotton layer facing the body. With the help of removable straps, the position of the pillow can be easily adjusted. Universal design suitable for right and left hand. The hand is in a relaxed position and has the opportunity to perform exercises with the muscles of the forearm.

Bandage of the upper limb with a pillow for abduction installation at an angle of 45 degrees ensures reliable fixation of the shoulder joint in a physiologically correct position of abduction with external rotation of the shoulder, preventing formation of adhesions. Provides immobilization of the shoulder joint, acromial-clavicular articulation of the scapula and unloading of the capsule of the shoulder joint. Removes the load from the shoulder and elbow joints, relieves the shoulder, forearm and hand from tension.

Indications for use:

• Rehabilitation period after a plaster cast ligaments with immobilization of the shoulder joint;
• After injuries and operations of the proximal third and tubercles of the shoulder, clavicle, acromial-clavicular joint, shoulder joint and scapula;
• Conservative treatment or postoperative management of patients with subacromial bursitis;
• The condition after operations on the shoulder joint, including after plasty of the rotator cuff of the shoulder and acromioplasty;
• Functional treatment of fractures of the surgical neck of the shoulder, impingement;
• Partial damage to the ligaments of the shoulder joint and the acromial-clavicular joint;
• Usual dislocations of the shoulder, including for the prevention of relapses, for use during sleep for "night" dislocations;
• Arthritis, arthrosis, arthrosis-arthritis of the shoulder joint;
• Shoulder-scapular periarthritis with pronounced pain syndrome.
