The corset for the lumbar spine is made of elastic bandage cloth and the multilayer material consists of three layers: the upper one is polyamide, the middle one is PPU and terry cotton cloth to the body, which, together with the stiffening ribs and additional ties, make it possible to provide reliable support to the lumbar spine by accepting form of lumbar lordosis. Additional vertical elastic inserts (stiffness ribs) in the abdomen in combination with double elastic ties prevent the corset from creasing.

The corset is used when there is a need for an average degree of fixation of the lumbar spine (Th12-S1), stabilization of the ligamentous-articular apparatus and to eliminate the imbalance of the paravertebral muscles in the lumbar region and reduce the load on the muscles of the lower back.

Orthopedic corset with four stiffening ribs is used for an average degree of fixation of the lumbar region of the spine, relieving the affected area and protecting the muscles from excessive tension.

The corset, tightly fitting to the perivertebral muscles, slightly straightens the lumbar lordosis and reduces the angle of forward pelvic tilt, compensating for resistance, due to 4 elastic stiffening ribs, which take part of the load and transfer part to adjacent healthy areas, relieving and stabilizing the lumbar spine.

Indications for use:

Acute and chronic pain syndrome in the lower back against the background of: sciatica, radiculitis the syndrome of localized osteochondrosis, spondyloarthrosis and spondylitis, hernias and protrusions of intervertebral discs, vertebral dislocations; Functional therapy for lower back pain in combination with manual therapy, massage and medication methods of treatment to consolidate the achieved effect; Prevention of injuries and exacerbation of lower back diseases when working with weights; When lowering the internal organs of the abdominal cavity; Prevention of injuries and exacerbation of lower back diseases during vertical loads (static and dynamic); Consolidation of the achieved effect after manual therapy and therapeutic gymnastics.
