Compression socks, 2nd compression class, provide pressure at the level of the lower third of the lower leg of 23-32 mm Hg. They are used in the complex treatment of diseases of veins and lymphatic vessels, which are accompanied by the phenomena of chronic venous insufficiency of the II degree, that is, in the presence of pronounced varicose veins, relieve pain in the calf muscles, swelling in the area of ​​the lower third of the leg that does not pass after a night's rest.

The compressive effect of knitwear causes the following main therapeutic effects:

• Narrows the lumen of the veins, increases the outflow rate of venous blood, prevents its stagnation, and thus normalizes activity of the musculo-venous pump (leg muscles and veins);
• Prevents the formation of blood clots;
• Protects legs from swelling, fatigue and pain.

Indications for use:

Contraindications :

· Absolute :

- chronic obliterating diseases of the arteries of the lower extremities;

- decompensated cardiac - pulmonary insufficiency;

- septic phlebitis, blue painful phlebitis;

· Relative :

- acute infection of the skin and soft tissues;

- increased sensitivity to the material of compression products;

- severe forms of diabetic polyneuropathy and angiopathy;

- chronic polyarthritis.
