Thoracic-lumbar-sacral orthosis (posture corrector) OT-1B-U is a reinforced reclining and fixing system. It is equipped with 4 long metal modeled stiffening ribs located along the thoracic and lumbar sections of the spine. It has 2 non-stretchable straps made of soft multi-layer material, the use of which excludes squeezing the front edges of the armpits. Fixation of the orthosis in front is carried out with the help of a wide elastic belt, which does not crumple in the abdomen. Strengthening of fixation is achieved due to two additional side ties. Fastening of all elements of the corset is carried out with the help of textile fasteners.

The corrector is made of hypoallergenic materials and is equipped with 4 simulated stiffening ribs, which, in combination with the reclining straps, allow you to gradually correct your posture due to adjustable separation of the shoulders with simultaneous fixation of the lumbar region spine.

Modeling of stiffeners along the curvature of the vertebral column and the degree of tension of the straps allows not only individual adjustment of the posture corrector for each patient, but also correction of spinal deformation in stages in 2-Z reception, giving the body the opportunity to gradually adapt and normalize tone overstretched and spasmodic muscles, minimizing unpleasant sensations.

Indications for use:

Intended for the treatment of postural disorders (slouch) and distortions of the chest spine (kyphosis, scoliosis I - II degree); Used for rehabilitation after injuries and operations of the thoracic spine; Used for prevention of slouching during sitting work; Corset used during a course of manual therapy and therapeutic gymnastics after each treatment session to preserve the achieved therapeutic effect; Indicated for changes in the structure of the vertebral bodies of any etiology (osteoporosis, tuberculosis, osteochondropathy, presence of metastases, etc.); Prevention of fractures in osteoporosis, tumors and tuberculosis process.

Contraindications:

• Diaphragmatic hernia;
• Incorrect hernia of the abdominal wall;< /li>
• Portal hypertension syndrome.

Warning:

In cases of purulent diseases and / or skin diseases in the area of ​​application of the orthosis a doctor's consultation is necessary; People with sensitive skin should wear the orthosis over underwear that fits tightly to the body; If any physical discomfort or irritation occurs, you should immediately stop using the orthosis and consult a doctor about the possibility of its further use application.
