The compressive influence of knitwear causes the following main therapeutic effects:

Contraindications :

· Absolute :

- chronic obliterative diseases of the arteries of the lower extremities;

- decompensated cardiopulmonary insufficiency;

- septic phlebitis, blue painful phlebitis;

· Relative :

- acute infection of the skin and soft tissues;

- hypersensitivity to the material of compression products;

- severe forms of diabetic polyneuropathy and angiopathy;

- chronic polyarthritis.
